This project comprised a 12,000-square foot rooftop revitalization, transforming a mostly paved roof garden into an elegant and interactive lobby garden with safety areas for children to play and outdoor spaces for residents to entertain. MPFP aided this design, developing a strong connection between the lobby and the focal garden using clear floor-to-ceiling glass doors in addition to removing existing planters blocking views into the space. MPFP used a myriad of complementary materials including IPE decking, stucco planter walls, and limestone pavers. Seasonal plantings, a shady tree canopy, green wall systems provide lush, visual depth to create an inviting rooftop experience.
