MPFP was brought on board to assist in revitalizing this existing building, its amenities, facade and garden spaces for residents of the building. Simultaneously, as Rudin Management Company is replacing the building’s exterior with a sturdier terra cotta material, MPFP took charge of the outdoor spaces, designing new seasonal gardens, trellis structures and a revitalized playground.

MPFP Was challenged with preserving the existing details of the outdoor spaces and building atop a structural deck to allow for parking underneath. This project finished construction in summer or 2015 and has been accepted and appreciated by both residents of the building and the surrounding community.
