CetraRuddy acquired MPFP for this residential landmark renovation in Battery Park City. Boasting large condominiums (the smallest calculated at over 1000 square feet), amenities and luxury living are focal points in this building’s redesign.

MPFP conceptualized, designed and is in the process of implementing an amenities terrace for residents, and a private penthouse terrace. The amenities terrace introduces outdoor rooms to this large outdoor space, allowing ample space for hosting, lounging, and solitary reflection. Ipe decking near the perimeter of the space frames panoramic views of the Hudson River and lush lawn and plantings provide a natural, comfortable refuge in this downtown location.

The penthouse terrace boasts two plunge pools, lounge space and additional outdoor kitchens. Stepping stones allow residents access to all sides of the terrace, surrounding the penthouse, accentuating 360 degree access around the penthouse and unparalleled viewpoints towards the Statue of Liberty and uptown skyline.
