Arlington Gateway

 
MPFP, working alongside WDG Architecture, provided master planning services for this mixed use complex located in the Arlington Greenway. The open space built over the structured garage serves as the central greenway and focal element for the mixed use project. MPFP took charge, building visual and physical links between the three building towers in the complex including a hotel, high end residential rental building and an office / retail building.
