MPFP worked with Frank Williams & Partners Architects to provide landscape architectural services for two 45-story residential towers in this $20 billion Burj Dubai complex, developed by Emaar Properties. With great strength in the local economy, “Dubai [has become the] new center of finance and tourism, with beautiful hotels and remarkable shopping, and it is blessed with the wonderful light blue-green water of the Persian Gulf.”

MPFP took great advantage of this development’s natural assets, brining elaborate swimming pool facilities and gardens to the space. MPFP Also chose all planting species for their minimal use of water, indigenous history and lush aesthetics.

Five-story residences and two levels of retail developments line the main Boulevard and provide an opportunity for aesthetic continuity along pathways and within the community.
