MPFP planned and designed the innovative master plan for this Sector 90 Housing project in Gurgaon, India. The project evolved into a composition of two exclusive high-rise towers, a clubhouse with trellised gardens, private swimming pool, children’s splash pool and underground parking. Vehicular traffic flows easily along the plant-lined perimeter, while pedestrians have safe, accessibly routes throughout the property.

MPFP transformed this housing project into an idyllic Mediterranean-styled landscape, centered around functionality and user-friendliness. Marble and granite highlight the property’s verdant disposition, while a network of linear stone pedestrian pathways engages the community. A shaded pavilion atop an inset sandpit provides parents and caretakers with effortless visibility of children at play.
