Laburnum Residences

As an increasing middle class rises in India, with a certain amount of leisure time at its disposal, there has been a demand for new architectural spaces. For Laburnum Residences, located in Gurgaon, Haryana, MPFP collaborated with architects Ramesh Khosla and Deb Guha of ARCOP to program this development with both passive and active use, including an extensive fitness center and pool. The courtyards are the symbolic heart of the place; here MPFP took full advantage of India’s broad plant palette to create a sumptuous, rich, palatial-like garden.
