Working alongside Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, MPFP transformed an existing, brick-paved roof deck into a seasonal garden with a supporting water feature and a vehicular valet parking system.

MPFP reorganized the open space plan for the project, enhancing visibility and accessibility for receiving and reception areas. The main vehicular and pedestrian entrance areas are now important accessible areas that are the showpiece of the complex. Particular attention was also given to the update the existing building’s waterproofing system and its interaction with the overburden materials including pavements, planting, fountains and other supporting amenities.
