MPFP developed a landscape master plan for this mixed-use housing and commercial project located in Bengaluru, India. Involving 500,000square feet of residential condominiums and a 200,000 square foot office tower, the adjacent landscape sits amid an active open space and on top of a series of below-grade parking facilities.

Water features, trellises and benches create a relaxing atmosphere that exudes vitality. The cohesive landscape design encourages social interaction and flourishes with recreational opportunity for all ages. Adorned with seasonal flower gardens, palm trees, and bamboo clusters, the site is equipped with a luxurious swimming pool area laced with interactive fountains, a jacuzzi, children’s pool and shade bearing trellises. Children can play at the center of the recreational space in a visible area outfitted with sandpits, a tot lot, tree house and other play equipment. The property also features tennis and basketball courts, a putting green, jogging track, lap pool, rock climbing wall and an amphitheater for movies under the stars.
