MacArthur Place

The first phase building for the MacArthur Place project represented an important step in the establishment of the overall quality of the project. The project site included a portion of the front door for the site as well a portion of the garden area for the fully built out site.

The garden, constructed over a two story underground parking garage, relates to the building axis and its future connection to the balance of the project.

The open space includes a water garden, sitting areas, and extensively planted structures which belie the existence of this garden over an artificial structure.
