National Business Park

 

Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) enlisted MPFP to design a master plan for its National Business Park. MPFP proposed the integration of a thread of plantings and sculptures from the Business Park’s entryway throughout the property, along the National Business Parkway.

MPFP tied in traffic calming strategies for a pedestrian friendly campus, and enhanced the existing ponds with increased native plantings and water jets, promoting ecological health, groundwater infiltration and water aeration.
