Redstone Gateway

 

MPFP, alongside COPT, conceptualized, designed and managed the master site planning services for the redesign of the Redstone Gateway. This design stands out because of its innovative, sustainable, and pedestrian-friendly approach.

MPFP utilized shrub and massing techniques with irrigation-free meadow grass areas, and indigenous tree goupings countering the formal style of the building systems and the ordered boulevards.
