Sector 60 Residences

MPFP conceptualized and designed the master plan for this Sector 60 Housing Project in Gurgaon, India. Focusing on bridging public and private areas into a cohesive concept, MPFP integrated a complementary landscape for a composition of low-rise townhouse units, a high-rise tower, and a central clubhouse.

The clubhouse sits centrally within a Pitch and Putt course. Public townhouses several entry gardens, views of the Pitch and Putt and direct access to the pedestrian walkway system linking the golf area, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and various playgrounds. The gated community includes a four-hole Pitch and Putt course, ornamental gardens, trellised overlooks, fountains, interactive water features for children, a lap pools for adults, exterior dining plazas and a below grade parking garage.
