Time Warner 11th Floor

 
The 11th floor of this renowned building presented a unique opportunity for MPFP, to integrate a seasonal garden and green roof designs into a single terrace for Time Warner staff. MPFP’s design incorporates a trellis shade structure, built-in planters, lush lawn areas and a variety of seating options, intended for use at all times of day or night. Upon its completion in 2005, this space has and continues to perform successfully as a multi-faceted green oasis above the city with the ability to host small and large-scale work sponsored events or provide staff with a private getaway in the heart of a busy midtown neighborhood.
