28 East 28th Street

In the heart of Midtown South just blocks from Madison Square Park, 28 East 28th Street (63 Madison) is a unique office building with an exceptional location. Collaborating with George Comfort & Sons, MPFP designed and implemented a series of entry plazas for tenants and visitors alike.

Working within narrow spatial constraints, MPFP developed two distinct entrance plazas for the office building. At the 28th Street entrance, movable cafe seating is set about a custom ipe bench and vibrant green wall, offering tenants and visitors alike a verdant and passive open space. Down the block along the building edge, a stepping planter bed is home to an expressive specimen tree that will have year-round visual interest. With similar landscape vocabulary, the 27th Street entrance offers ADA access to the building and creates a similarly passive space with cafe seating and green walls.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
