Anna Baldassare

Anna Baldassare is a NY State licensed Landscape Architect, specializing in public-private partnership developments, hotels, rooftop spaces, large-scale mixed-use developments, and high-end residential and office developments. Anna has a deep understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of landscape architecture, which she uses to translate clients’ visions into reality. Her goal is to create spaces that enhance the built environment and improve the quality of life for those who use them.

Anna has a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver results that exceed their expectations. She takes great pride in her ability to successfully manage and mentor team members and enjoys the collaborative nature of working on complex projects. Anna specializes in the approvals process with city agencies, such as Department of City Planning, Landmarks, and NYC Parks, ensuring that projects meet all regulatory requirements. 

Anna graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture and has been with the firm since 2007.
