200 Montague
200 Montague is a luxury residential building situated on a historic block in the heart of Borough Hall skyscraper district. Collaborating with Beyer Blinder Belle, MPFP designed the building’s community roof-top amenity space.
Dubbed the “crown-jewel” of the building, this garden-room roof-top offers a host of contemporary residential amenities that seek to provide residents with a flexible open space that suits a variety of uses. Upon arrival, metal planter beds highlight expressive native grasses and airy Birch trees for shade. Beyond this landscape-framed aperture, a verdant roof-top oasis emerges - a custom shade-trellis and dining table, a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with two gas-fired grills, a stretch of lawn for a summer picnic, and a dedicated area for sunning with outdoor showers - all the while, boasting expressive vistas of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Heights, and the New York Harbor.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
