Park West

 

The Park West Village redesign comprised West 97th Street to West 100th Street, from Amsterdam Avenue to Central Park West. At the time, this project was one of the city’s largest ongoing urban renewal projects, as part of Robert Moses’ master planning efforts. MPFP assisted in the campus design of 808, 775, 795, and 805 Columbus Avenue, working alongside Costas Kondylis Architects. MPFP lead the effort to rejuvenate a site-wide landscape renovation, including over 82 thousand square feet of green roof terraces.
